For the Recipe
- Cadbury BOURNVILLE - 4-6 pieces
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
- Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Softened Butter 2 tsp
- Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Cashew - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Raisin - 1/2 cup
Directions

In a bowl, combine maida, baking soda, and salt.

Mix the dry ingredients well.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.

Add vanilla essence and eggs, and mix until smooth.

Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until fully combined.

Chop cashews and Bournville chocolate into small pieces.

Stir the chopped nuts, chocolate, and raisins into the batter.

Drop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet. Serve on a plate.
