  • Sabudana (tapioca pearls) – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 3 cups (full cream preferred)
  • Powdered Sugar – 1/4 cup (adjust to taste)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Dairy Milk Chocolate – 1 bar
  • Ghee – 1 tsp (optional, for roasting nuts)
  • Water – for soaking
  • Silver warq (for garnishing - optional)

Directions

Rinse sabudana thoroughly and soak in just enough water to cover them for 3–4 hours, or until soft. In a pan, combine the soaked sabudana with 1 cup of water.

Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sabudana turns translucent and soft.
