Servings
For the Recipe
- 1 semi-ripe banana
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- Oil/butter to cook
Directions

Take a blending jar. Add chopped banana and Cadbury Cocoa Powder.

Next, add wheat flour. One may add a few drops of vanilla essence, but this step is completely optional.

Add milk for a smooth consistency. Now blend it until a smooth pancake batter is formed.

Grease the pan with oil or butter. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, and the edges turn dry. It takes about 2 to 3 minutes.

Flip and cook the other side until brown. Repeat the similar steps to cook the remaining better.

Once done, garnish the pancakes before serving.
1. Oat flour can be used instead of wheat flour.
2. For more sweetness, add jaggery powder before blending the batter.
