Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 packets Oreo cookies
- 1/2 kg paneer
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 bowl thandai powder
- Few saffron strands & rose petals for decoration ( optional )
Directions

Crush the Oreos (filling and all) into fine crumbs using a food processor or a Ziploc bag and a rolling pin.

Transfer the crumbs into a cheesecake mould.

Gently press the crumbs evenly. You don't need to add any butter or cream cheese, as Oreo cream helps to bind the crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take a blending jar, add paneer and condensed milk.

Add thandai powder mixture into the same jar. You can use thandai syrup.

For a better texture, add some fresh cream into the same blending jar. Blend the mixture until smooth consistency.

Pour the filling over the Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Before serving, run a thin knife around the edge of the pan before releasing the spring. Decorate with crushed Oreos and traditional Thandai elements like rose petals & saffron.
Use a dedicated cake carrier or an airtight container. If you don't have one, wrap the springform pan tightly with plastic wrap, then a layer of foil to prevent ‘fridge breath’.
