Servings
For the Recipe
- Mango - 2
- Oreo Cookies - 10-12
- Milk - 1/3 cup or as required
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 Regular Bar or as required
- Chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

Break the Oreo Cookies and blend into a fine powder (no need to remove the cream). Once done, transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add the mango purée to the Oreo crumbs.

Fold in chopped nuts such as cashews or almonds or mixed seeds, for added texture and crunch.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and form a smooth, uniform batter.

Break Cadbury Bournville Chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each interval until fully melted. Alternatively, melt the chocolate slowly over simmering water using a double boiler.

Take a silicone mold tray (preferably with a half-round shape, though any shape of your choice or availability will work). Pour melted chocolate into each cavity, tilting and rotating the mold to ensure the chocolate evenly coats the inner surface and forms a thin shell. Repeat this process for each mold cavity. Once coated, let the chocolate set completely (10minutes) before proceeding to the next step.

Spoon small portions of the Oreo-mango mixture into each chocolate-lined mold cavity, making sure to spread it evenly so the filling is well-distributed and reaches all edges.

Carefully insert a lollipop or ice cream stick into the center of each filled mold. Then, spread melted chocolate over the top to seal the filling, ensuring it is coated evenly and thoroughly.

Refrigerate the chocolate-coated Oreo-Mango lollipops for at least 1 hour, or until fully set. Once firm, remove from the mold, serve chilled, and enjoy your delicious Oreo-Mango Lollipops.
