For the Recipe
- OREO Cookies - 8-10 (based on the size of the lunch box you are using)
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp (or as per taste)
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Chocolate sprinklers for garnishing
Directions

In a mixing bowl or blender jar, combine Oreo cookies (with the cream) and unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add granulated sugar to the mixture and blend everything into a smooth, fine powder.

Pour the blended mixture into a separate mixing bowl and stir in baking soda to help the cake rise.

Fold in chopped nuts such as walnuts or almonds, if desired, for added texture and crunch.

Gradually pour in milk to the dry mixture. Use room-temperature milk for best results.

Whisk or stir until the mixture forms a smooth, lump-free batter with a pourable consistency.

Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined lunchbox container. Bake or air fry at 170°C (340°F) for 10–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature before spreading a generous layer of chocolate ganache over the top. [For making the Ganache - Gently heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer - do not let it boil. Immediately remove from heat and add finely chopped chocolate to the hot cream and slowly stir until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and fully combined.]

Place an Oreo cookie (or pieces of it) in the center or as desired on top of the ganache for a signature Oreo touch.

Sprinkle colorful sprinkles or edible glitter on top to make it visually appealing. Your rich and moist Oreo lunchbox cake is ready to serve - enjoy.
