Servings
For the Recipe
- 15 pieces Oreo cookies
- 2 tsp fresh cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions

Let’s first separate the Oreo cream from the cookies and keep each in separate bowls or plates. This step ensures the cream and cookies can be used differently for the filling and the batter.

Add fresh cream to the bowl containing the Oreo cream. This mixture will create a rich and smooth filling for the final dessert.

Mix the cream and Oreo filling thoroughly until smooth. Once combined, set it aside for assembling later.

In a blender jar, add the broken Oreo cookies and pour in the milk. This forms the base of the batter for the Dora cakes.

Add sugar to the jar and blend everything into a nice, smooth mixture. The batter should be thick and free of lumps.

Transfer the blended mixture into a separate bowl. Add baking soda to this mixture and mix gently to combine.

Whisk the batter well until slightly airy and smooth. Then cover it and let it rest for 10–15 minutes to allow the baking soda to activate and bloom.

Heat a frying pan over medium flame. Once hot, scoop out one small ladleful of the Oreo chocolate batter and pour it onto the pan.

Reduce the flame to low-medium and maintain this temperature throughout cooking. Let one side cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side for another minute or so. Once done, transfer it to a plate. After all the pancakes are cooked, it's time to assemble.

Take one piece and spread a generous amount of the prepared Oreo cream filling on top. Cover it with another cooked pancake to form a sandwich.

Cut a couple of the filled pancakes down the middle if desired. Arrange and plate them as preferred, then transfer to serving platters and serve fresh.
You can mix peanut butter with Oreo cream for filling.
