Servings
For the Recipe
- 9 Pieces Oreo biscuits
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ tsp condensed milk
- ¼ cup chopped pistachio
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 10 Pieces gulab jamun
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Directions

Using a food processor, add Oreo biscuits and make a fine powder.

Transfer the Oreo powder into a bowl and add melted butter. Mix until all of the crumbs are moistened.

Evenly distribute (around 1 and ¼ tablespoons) the mixture between all cupcake molds and firmly press it down into an even layer with the help of a spoon.

Take a medium bowl and combine cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla essence, condensed milk, and powdered sugar. Gently mix everything.

Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Add chopped Gulab Jamun and mix nicely.

Evenly distribute the batter (about 2 to 3 tablespoons) with the help of a spoon between all liners in the cupcake pan.

Place one gulab jamun in the middle of each cup. (If your gulab jamuns are too big, cut them in half and place them in the middle.). Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheesecakes solidify.

Decorate the cheesecake with some chopped pistachios and silver vark. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Cheesecake sets and chills completely in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
