Cooking Instructions
-
Step 01
Take a bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and finely crushed Oreo Cookies. Mix until well-combined.
-
Step 02
Take about 1sp. of the cream cheese mixture and make a ¾-inch ball. Press the ball to make it flat. Repeat the process until you get a total of 60 balls.
-
Step 03
Top each ball with a cherry, stem side facing up. Wrap cream cheese mixture around the cherry to completely cover it.
-
Step 04
Place the balls in a shallow pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-
Step 05
Take a rimmed baking sheet and cover it with waxed paper.
-
Step 06
Holding the cherry stems, dip the cookie balls, one at a time, into the melted white baking chocolate. Turn it around, so each corner of the ball is covered with chocolate.
-
Step 07
Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Top them up with the multi-coloured sprinkles.
-
Step 08
Refrigerate it for an hour or until firm. Oreo Cherry Bomb Cookie Balls are ready! Enjoy, and remember to put the leftover cookie balls in the fridge.
