Directions
-
Step 1Preheat the oven to 160°C.
-
Step 2Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil. The foil should extend over the sides of the pan.
-
Step 3Take 18 Oreo Cookies. Crush them until they turn into fine powder. Mix with melted butter until well blended.
-
Step 4Transfer the cookie mixture to the prepared pan. Press it onto the bottom of the pan.
-
Step 5Take a large bowl. Add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat it with a mixer until well blended.
-
Step 6Add the greek yoghurt and vanilla extract. Mix well.
-
Step 7Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat the mixture on low speed after each addition until it is blended.
-
Step 8Chop nine of the remaining Oreo Cookies. Stir into chopped cookies into the batter.
-
Step 9Transfer the batter to the pan. Pour it over the cookie crust.
-
Step 10Bake for 45 minutes or until the centre is almost set. Cool for an hour.
-
Step 11After 15 minutes, take a microwaveable bowl. Add the chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk and whipping cream.
-
Step 12Heat it in the microwave on high power for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until the chocolate melts completely. Stir the mixture to ensure it is well-combined. Set it aside to cool.
-
Step 13Once the cheesecake is cooled, spread the chocolate mixture over it. Refrigerate for three hours.
-
Step 14Take the remaining Oreo Cookies. Cut them into quarters.
-
Step 15Use the foil handles to remove the cheesecake from the pan. Cut it into bars. Garnish with Oreo Cookie quarters. Oreo Cheesecake Bites are ready!
