For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville Chocolate - 1 packet (80 gm)
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp
- Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, Walnuts - 1 cup
- Dates - 7-8
- Desiccated coconut - 1/3 cup
- Apple - 2
- Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
- Strawberry, Apple slices and mint leaves for garnishing
Directions

In a bowl, combine almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, desiccated coconut, dates, and cocoa powder.

Blend until the mixture comes together.

Grease the tart tins with butter.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tart tin.

Gently press with your fingertip to smooth and set the mixture evenly and refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes or more.

For making the filling - peel and chop the apples and boil until they become mushy.

Break Bournville into pieces and melt.

Add the melted chocolate into the boiled and cooled apples along with vanilla essence and blend until smooth.

Pour the blended filling into the prepared tart molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set.

Before serving, garnish with apple slices, strawberry pieces, mint leaves, and grated chocolate.
You can also use fruits or dry fruits for the topping.
