Directions
Step 01
Combine the digestive biscuits, condensed milk, lemon essence and zest.
Step 02
Line a baking tin and pat the mixture down to make an even base.
Step 03
Place the chopped Bournville bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has almost completely melted.
Step 04
In a pot over medium heat, mix the melted chocolate, heavy cream and salt. Stir until fully combined.
Step 05
Pour over the cooled base. Refrigerate for 40-50 minutes before slicing.
