- 1 bowl overnight soaked sabudana
- 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tsp ghee
Directions

Add ghee to a pan, fry dry fruits until slightly golden brown. Keep aside.

Now, to the same pan, add milk, and let it boil . Once it starts boiling, add the overnight-soaked sabudana. Keep stirring.

Now, for sweetness, add sugar and continue cooking until it has properly mixed.

Once the mixture becomes a little thick, separate 1/4 of a bowl of kheer into a separate bowl.

Add prepared dry fruits into the remaining kheer.

Now it's time for assembling. First, pour white sabudana pudding into a 1/4 portion of a glass or jar.
