For the Recipe
- Cocoa Powder - 2 table spoon
- Refined Flour - 1 cup
- A pinch of salt
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 2 tsp (softened)
- Powdered sugar - 2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Coffee - 1 tsp (mixed with warm water)
- Pistachio & Chopped nuts - 1 table spoon
For the glaze
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Coffee - 1/2 tsp (mixed with warm water)
- Chopped pistachio for garnishing
Directions

In a bowl, add maida, salt, baking soda and Cocoa powder.

Give it a good mix.

In a separate bowl, whisk together softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add the egg and coffee to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft, smooth batter forms.

Fold in the nuts and pistachios, mixing evenly.

Transfer the batter into greased donut pans using a piping bag, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 7-9 minutes.

For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.

Then add coffee and stir until smooth and pourable but thick.

Once the donuts have cooled, dip them into the glaze, twisting gently as you lift them.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
Add anything of your choice for garnishing.
