For the Recipe
- Vermicelli (seviyan) - 1/2 cup
- Full Cream Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Pistachio - 1/4 cup (powdered or finely chopped)
- Cardamom powder (optional) -1/2 tsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk - 2 regular bars or as required based on how many dates you are using
- Dates - 12-15
- Chopped Pistachios (optional for garnishing)
Directions

Slit the dates and remove the seeds from inside.

In a pan heat ghee and add reviyan (vermicelli).

Roast on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add milk and let it come to a gentle boil.

Add sugar as per taste and stir well.

Now add finely chopped pistachio or pistachio powder (whichever you are using) and give it a gentle mix.

Stir in cardamom powder.

Mix and let it cool down to room temperature.

Take a spoonful of prepared kunafa and pour inside the dates. Seal with a toothpick and place in a tray.

Melt the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate using a double boiler to prevent scorching.

Dip the stuffed kunafa dates into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment paper.

Additionally, you can garnish with chopped pistachios on top. Once all are ready, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set properly. Serve and Enjoy.
Can be stored inside refrigerator up to 2-3 days.
