- Melted butter - 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese, softened - 200 grams
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
- Whipping cream, chilled - ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
- Melted Dark chocolate - 50 grams

Directions

Crush the Oreo cookies into fine, even crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and well combined.

Divide the Oreo mixture evenly among small dessert cups. Gently press down with the back of a spoon to form a firm, compact base.

Refrigerate the cups while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

In a clean bowl, whip the chilled cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and beat until well incorporated.

Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and mix until the filling is light, creamy, and beautifully speckled with Oreo crumbs.

Spoon the Oreo cheesecake filling over the chilled Oreo crusts, dividing it evenly among the cups. Smooth the tops gently, then refrigerate to allow the cheesecake layer to firm up.

In another bowl, whip the chilled cream, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth, light and creamy.

Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate until you have a rich, velvety chocolate cream. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with your preferred nozzle.

Smooth the tops of the cheesecake cups, then pipe a generous swirl of chocolate cream over each one for a luscious, festive finish.

Sprinkle the tops generously with crushed Oreo crumbs for an extra layer of chocolatey crunch.

Finish with gummy eyeballs and Halloween sprinkles for a fun and delightfully spooky touch.

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until the cheesecake cups are thoroughly chilled and set. Serve cold and enjoy these creamy, crunchy, and delightfully spooky
