Servings
For the Recipe
- Banana - 2
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 3 tsp
- Grated Coconut (fresh) - 2 cups
- Sugar (optional, balance based on the sweetness of bananas)
- Chopped nuts - 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut for coating
- Colorful sprinklers (optional) for garnishing
Directions

Peel two ripe bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the bananas thoroughly until smooth with minimal lumps.

Add Cadbury Cocoa Powder to the mashed bananas.

Stir in freshly grated coconut. Taste the mixture and add sugar only if needed (1–2 tablespoons), depending on the natural sweetness of your bananas.

Add chopped nuts, raisins and dry fruits of your choice. This step adds texture and a nutty bite to the truffles.

Gently mix all the ingredients together until they form a dough-like consistency. The mixture should be sticky but firm enough to shape.

Take small portions (about a tablespoon each) of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form smooth, round balls. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Roll each truffle in desiccated coconut to coat the outside, giving them a nice texture and appearance.

Place the prepared truffle neatly on a serving plate and decorate with some colorful sprinklers for a festive look. Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to allow the truffle to firm up and the flavors to meld beautifully. Once set, you can serve them as a delicious homemade treat - or wrap them in decorative paper, boxes or treat bags to gift your friends. Add a ribbon or tag for a festive touch. Whether shared or enjoyed at home, these chocolate banana coconut truffles are sure to delight.
