For the Recipe
- 2 packets dairy milk
- 3/4 cup Sattu flour
- 4 tsp jaggery powder
- 3/4 cup chopped dry fruits
- 3 tsp ghee
Directions

Take a medium size pan. Add sattu flour along with some ghee.

Shallow fry for 1 minute. Do not overcook.

Add jaggery powder next. Make sure there are no lumps in the jaggery powder.

Break Dairymilk chocolate into pieces and add to the pan.

After a few seconds, the chocolate will start melting. Quickly mix it with all the dry ingredients.

Finally, add chopped pistachios for a crunchy flavor.

Let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Then mix everything well with your hand.

Gently press the mixer in a tray and cut into barfi shape.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
You can add some desiccated coconut for more flavor.
