For the Recipe
- Dairy Milk: 1 packet
- Hung Curd: 1 bowl
- Chopped Dry Fruits: 1 / 4 cup
- Saffron Milk: 6 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar: 1 / 2 cup
- Cardamom Powder: 4 teaspoons
Directions

Transfer the thick hung curd into a large mixing bowl. Whisk it vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy with no lumps.

Add powdered sugar & then add the cardamom powder into the bowl.

Roughly chop dry fruits. You can use any dry fruits as per your choice.

Add chopped dry fruits and a few saffron strands in milk to the bowl.

Fold everything gently into the whipped curd until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Transfer the Shrikhand into a bowl.

Chop Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. Use a sharp chef’s knife to chop the Dairy Milk bar into small, even pieces on a stable cutting board.

Garnish with some warm saffron milk.

Garnish the top with chocolate pieces before serving.
Ensure your hung curd is completely drained of excess whey. Even a small amount of liquid will make the shrikhand runny rather than thick and creamy.
