- Dairy Milk Chocolate: 2 standard packets
- Warm Milk: 1 / 4 cup
- Saffron: 2 teaspoons
- Condensed Milk: ¼ cup
- Hung Curd: 1 ½ cup
Directions

Take a small amount of warm milk and mix the saffron strands into it, allowing it to steep and release its color and aroma.

Take the hung curd in a mixing bowl and beat it smoothly until creamy and free of lumps.

Pour the condensed milk into the beaten hung curd.

Mix the hung curd and condensed milk thoroughly together.

In a separate bowl, combine warm milk and Dairy Milk chocolate pieces.

Mix everything together thoroughly until it has a uniform color and texture.

Transfer the prepared shrikhand into a serving bowl, garnish as desired, and serve chilled.
Store the shrikhand in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for up to 3 to 4 days.
