Step 1
Whisk the heavy cream to form soft peaks.
Step 2
Whisk mascarpone to soften it up.
Step 3
Add the whipped cream little at a time into the mascarpone and whisk to mix it up really well.
Step 4
Dip the Oreos one at a time.
Step 5
Place it next to each other in a series.
Step 6
Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
Step 7
Add another layer of oreos dipped in coffee and top it off with another layer of mascarpone mixture.
Step 8
Dust it with some cocoa powder and place it in the refrigerator to set.
Step 9
Serve it cold.
TIPS:
Make sure the mascarpone is at room temperature.
