For the Recipe
- 1 packet dairy milk silk chocolate
- ½ bowl soaked basmati rice
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp rose water
- ½ litre milk
- 1 tsp saffron strands
- ½ cup chopped dry fruits
Directions

Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain water and grind to a fine paste.

Add milk in a pan ,bring to a boil and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Add saffron strands and stir occasionally.

Add sugar to the milk . Cook until sugar melts .

Add the rice paste to the milk and cook together, stirring constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom.

Add 1 tsp soaked basmati rice ( whole not paste ) to the milk . Cook until rice cooked completely. Stir continuously.

Add Cadbury dairy milk silk and stir continuously until chocolate melt completely.

Add rose water. Let it cool and set it in a refrigerator.

Transfer it to a bowl . Add chopped dry fruits .

Garnish with rose petals and golden varq . Serve and enjoy .
Add the elaichi powder or rose water after the mixture cools down for an enhanced flavor.
