For the Recipe
- Softened Butter - 200 gm
- Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mixed dry fruits (finely chopped or powdered) - 1/3 cup
- Refined Flour - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup (as required to bind the dough)
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate - 1 packet
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar.

Add dry fruit mix and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the maida (all-purpose flour) and mix until fully incorporated.

Slowly add milk, a little at a time, until you achieve a soft, smooth dough.

Chop the Dairy Milk chocolate into small pieces.

Fold the chocolate pieces into the dough.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Once chilled, roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to shape the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place additional chocolate pieces on top.

Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Allow the cookies to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container for one week.
