For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- ¼ cup mango puree
- ½ tsp saffron strands
Directions

Take a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and break Cadbury Bournville chocolate into it. Microwave the bowl to melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals

Add the melted chocolate to a silicone mold.

Pour the mango puree into the melted chocolate and spread it into your chocolate mold.

Sprinkle a few saffron strands for extra flavour.

Let it sit at room temperature for an hour, or pop it in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes until firm. Once hard, remove the chocolate bars from the mould and serve.
Grate some fresh lime or orange zest into the melted chocolate. The lime, mango, and dark chocolate combination makes this dessert a tropical powerhouse.
