- 2 tbsp pistachio butter
- 200 grams paneer or cottage cheese
- 200 grams fresh cream

Sauté 1 cup chopped kunafa vermicelli in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp ghee until golden and crispy.

Stir in 1 tbsp of prepared pistachio butter.

Firmly pack the mixture into the bottom of a container to create a level base.

Combine 200g paneer, 200g fresh cream, condensed milk, and 1 tbsp pistachio butter in a blender.

Process until silky smooth, pour over the kunafa base, and level the top. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up

Mix 1/4 cup hot cream with 1/2 cup chopped Dairymilk chocolate until glossy.

Pour the rich, velvety chocolate ganache over the creamy cheesecake

Top with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
For the smoothest texture, ensure your paneer is at room temperature before blending to avoid any graininess.
