Cook the grated coconut with Cashew, Cardamom powder, Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar and remove it from flame to cool. Make a thin batter with Rice flour and water.
Brush little oil on a Pan and spread 1 table spoon batter to fry. Add the coconut mix in the middle of the batter and wrap it from both sides.
Serve it on a plate with liquid Chocolate spread from the top for garnishing.
