Servings
For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 10 pieces dates
- 1/4 cup ghee
Directions

On a medium flame, dry roast almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and raisins along with some ghee.

When they turn slightly golden, remove to a plate and let them cool down for a few minutes.

To the same pan, add the dedicated coconut and toss it for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and let it cool down.

Add some ghee to the same pan with the pre-soaked dates. Make sure you remove pits from dates. Gently press and cook the dates until they become soft.

Once dates become soft, add Cadbury Bournville chocolates to them. Make sure you break the chocolate into pieces. Once the chocolate starts melting, gently mix it with dates and cook it until the dates and chocolate are completely mixed together.

Now it's time to mix all the roasted dry fruits. Gently start adding all the roasted dry fruits into the same pan.

Next, toast desiccated coconut in the same pan.

Gently mix everything together and cook it until it forms a soft dough.

Remove the mixture from the pan and let it cool down for 1 to 2 minutes. Then gently roll the balls, and your tasty dry fruit balls are ready.
Store the Laddoo in an airtight jar.
