For the Recipe
- ½ cup Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk
- ¼ tsp pistachio
- ¼ tsp cashew
- 3-4 pieces pecan
- ¼ tsp raisins
- ¼ tsp walnuts
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp ghee
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
Directions

Take all the dry fruits together and blend them into a fine, coarse powder.

Heat a pan, add ghee, and then add the dry fruit powder.

Cook for at least 1 minute or until it turns slightly golden brown.

Now, add milk to the same pan and keep stirring until well combined.

Add cardamom powder and mix again.

Add Dairy Milk chocolate and continue cooking until it melts completely.

Keep stirring the halwa every couple of minutes until the mixture starts coming away from the sides of the pan. Turn off the heat, garnish with chopped dry fruits, and enjoy!
You can serve the halwa with one scoop of ice cream or even set it in a baking tray and cut it into slices once chilled.
