Ingredients

serving
For the Recipe
- 1 packet Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 medium size cinnamon stick
- 4 pieces green cardamom whole
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 cups hot water
Directions

Heat one medium-sized pan. Add ghee. Let it melt. Then add washed quinoa, a cinnamon stick. Stir well.

Now add sugar and cook again.

Add hot water and mix again. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes or until cooked.

Add Dairy Milk chocolate and let it melt and mix with quinoa. Once the chocolate melts, this mixture may look a little runny, but after some time, the quinoa will soak up the water.

Now add cinnamon powder and give it a final mix.

Cover and cook for another 2 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl. Decorate and enjoy hot.
You can add some chopped nuts for decoration.
