Ingredients

serving
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp oil
- 6 tsp milk
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- 1 scoop ice cream
Directions

Take a medium-sized cup or microwave-safe bowl. Add the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and sugar into the cup. Stir well to evenly combine all the dry ingredients.

Add baking powder to the dry mixture. Mix again thoroughly so the baking powder is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. This helps the cake rise properly during baking.

Pour in the oil. Stir slowly and thoroughly to begin forming a smooth batter. The oil helps add moisture and richness to the cake.

Add the milk to the mixture. The milk will help loosen the batter, giving it a better pouring consistency and ensuring the cake turns out soft and moist.

Gently mix all the ingredients together. Stir until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free, making sure no dry spots remain. Avoid overmixing to keep the cake light and fluffy.

Add chopped pieces of Dairy Milk chocolate to the batter. Fold them in gently so they’re evenly spread throughout, giving you pockets of melted chocolate in the finished cake.

Next, add the chopped nuts and give the batter a final mix. Once combined, place the cup in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 2 minutes, or until the cake is just set.

Remove the cup from the oven and allow the cake to cool for a few minutes. Once slightly cooled, top it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Serve and enjoy warm!
Consume immediately.
