For the Recipe
- Dairy Milk: 2 small packets
- Rice Flour: 1 cup
- Water: 1.25 cups
- Ghee: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 3 cups (full-fat)
- Sugar: 2 to 3 tablespoons ( optional)
- Grated Coconut (Optional): 2 tablespoons
Directions

In a saucepan, bring 1.25 cups of water to a boil along with 1 teaspoon of ghee and a pinch of salt.

Turn off the heat or lower it to the minimum, then slowly add the rice flour while stirring continuously with a wooden spatula to avoid lumps.

Once the water is absorbed, cover the pan with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes so the flour cooks in the steam.

Transfer the warm mixture to a bowl. Grease your hands with a little ghee and take very small pieces of the dough, roll them between your palms into tiny, smooth balls.

In a wide, heavy-bottomed pan or kadai, bring the 3 cups of milk to a gentle boil. Turn off the heat completely. Drop in the chopped Dairy Milk chocolate.

Stir gently until the chocolate completely melts into the hot milk.

Gently drop the tiny rice flour balls one by one into the simmering milk. Do not stir immediately, or they might break. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add grated coconut & stir gently.

Serve warm or chilled in small bowls. Garnish with chopped nuts or grated coconut.
For more sweetness, you can add sugar or jaggery to the milk while boiling.
