Servings
For the Recipe
- 10 pieces cadbury dairy milk
- 1cup grated paneer
- 1tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- ½ cup jaggery powder
Directions

Take a medium-sized pan and mix the grated cheese and jaggery powder together.

Add cardamom powder to the same pan.

Now, add melted Dairy Milk chocolate and cook on a low flame, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture leaves the side.

Remove it from the heat and let it cool a little. Now take a little ghee and any sandesh mold.

Apply a little ghee to the molds and shape them. If you don't have mold, you can shape them with your hands as well. Your sandesh is ready.
Keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
