For the Recipe
- 1 packet Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 4 tsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp hot cocoa powder
- ¼ cup warm water
- ¼ tsp melted butter
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions
Step 1
Take a microwave-safe mug. Mix all-purpose flour & hot cocoa powder.
Step 2
Add sugar for sweetness.
Step 3
Add melted butter for softness. Butter gives a bakery flavour. Alternatively, one can also use oil.
Step 4
Gently add warm water and start mixing it.
Step 5
Stir until the batter is smooth.
Step 6
Microwave on high for 70-80 seconds. The top should look set but slightly shiny. Let it sit for 1 minute
Step 7
In a separate bowl, add cream and Cadbury Dairy Milk. Microwave them for 1 minute.
Step 8
Once the chocolate melts, mix it and pour it all over the cake.
Step 9
Top the cake with a dusting of cocoa powder or a swirl of whipped cream. Enjoy the cake while it is hot.
Tips:
If hot cocoa powder is not available, one may use normal cocoa powder as well.
