For the Recipe
- 6 pieces Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1 piece egg
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup hot chocolate powder
- ½ cup Unsalted butter
- Cupcake molds.
Directions
Step 1
Add the butter and sugar to a bowl.
Step 2
Beat together until creamy.
Step 3
Add egg & mix again.
Step 4
Add the self-rising flour to the same bowl.
Step 5
Add hot chocolate powder.
Step 6
Now beat until smooth.
Step 7
Preheat your oven to 180ºc/160ºcfan. Pour the batter in any cupcake mold.
Step 8
Top it with Dairy Milk chocolate & bake in the oven for 15 minutes until cooked through. Leave to cool on the side.
Tips:
You can add some chopped nuts for crunchier flavor.
