Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 packets Dairymilk chocolate
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup curd
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, add sugar, curd, and oil together. Mix it well.

Now add milk into the same bowl.

Mix again. Make sure milk is at room temperature.

Mix all-purpose flour. Make sure you sift the flour to aerate it. It will make the cake lighter.

Add cocoa powder for chocolate richness.

Add baking soda and baking powder next.

Using a spatula, start mixing all ingredients gently. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into a cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Take a small bowl, break Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, and mix it with whipped cream. Microwave for 1 minute.

Mix chocolate and cream nicely. Your chocolate ganache is ready.

Once the cake is ready, please. Cool it a little and gently cover it with chocolate ganache.

Decorate as per your choice. Enjoy.
If the cake batter looks thick, then add a little milk. Beat well until you get a smooth consistency.
