How to Make Chocolate Thandai Drink

Take a bowl to add Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, sugar, and thandai powder. Mix all the dry ingredients well.

Add warm milk to the powdered mix and give it a good mix till the chocolate dissolves completely and forms a smooth mixture.

Once the smooth mixture is formed, pour this chocolate mixture into the serving glasses.

Next, add some ice cubes to the mixture.

Pour chilled milk on it. Sprinkle some thandai powder on top and serve it cold.

Serve them ice-cold: As the name suggests, thandai must be served chilled. For the best results, it is recommended to refrigerate it for 4-5 hours to let all the flavors blend.
Focus on garnishing: When it comes to thandai, garnishing plays an important role. To serve them during Holi, enhance the visual appeal by garnishing them with slivers of almonds, pistachios, dry rose petals, and a few strands of saffron.
Enhance the flavor profile: Consider adding some Gulkand (rose petal jam) on top of the drink to enhance the flavor profile. Also, if not using a thandai mix powder, make sure the spices like cardamom, fennel seeds, and black pepper are used moderately.
Conclusion
This Holi, enjoy the chocolatey goodness mixed with the aroma of spices and the creaminess of the nutty base. Make sure the guests have a great time sipping on it while sharing laughter and throwing colors at each other.
