For the Recipe

1 large packet of Oreo Cookies
½ cup of fresh cream
¼ cup of condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 tsp of sprinkles

Directions

Crush the Oreo Cookies using food processor or by putting in zip lock bag and hitting with mallet (Use half for Ice cream base, and other half to mix with the Ice Cream.

Whip up Fresh cream and add condensed milk and Vanilla essence into it and whip again.

Add half of the crushed Oreos into it and mix. Set it in Freezer for about 2 hours.

Once the Cream is set, take a glass and add some of the crushed Oreos at the bottom of the glass then scooped out the ice cream and sprinkle some edible sprinkles on top for decoration.

TIPS:
It is advisable to chill the fresh cream and condensed milk in the refrigerator for some time, including the bowl intended for whipping. This ensures that the cream is whipped to perfection.
