Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk
Directions

Pulse the raw cashews and desiccated coconut in a blender into a fine powder. Pulse in short bursts so the cashews don’t release their oil and turn into butter.

Now add sugar and pulse it again.

Transfer the powder into a bowl. Start adding warm milk slowly, and knead it gently until smooth.

Place the dough in a medium-sized plate and divide it equally into two parts.

Add Cadbury cocoa powder to one part of the dough and knead the dough well until it is mixed properly.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle

Roll the other part of the dough similarly and place it on top of the cocoa powder-cashew dough.

Carefully roll them using the parchment paper. It helps to keep the whole thing tight.

Wrap the entire log in parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Once firm, use a sharp knife to slice it into 1-inch rounds and serve.
Here, sugar can be replaced with condensed milk, mixing it directly with the cashew and cocoa powders until a dough forms.
