For the Recipe
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- ½ cup almonds
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¼ cup pistachio
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup dry pumpkin seeds
- 8 pieces dates without pits
Directions

On medium heat, dry roast the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, raisins, and pistachios until slightly aromatic. Toast for about 2 minutes. You can also dry roast the nuts and seeds separately if you prefer.

Once they turn slightly golden, turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove. Let everything cool completely. Then chop the dry fruits and transfer them to a blending jar. Blend until a coarse powder forms.

Now add the soaked dates to the same blending jar. Make sure to remove all the pits before blending.

Add Cadbury cocoa powder and blend again until the mixture becomes a fine, uniform powder.

Transfer the mixture to a plate and mix well. Divide it into small portions and gently roll each portion into a ball.

Decorate the laddoos with some chopped dry fruits and a sprinkle of rose petal powder. Enjoy!
Add any dry fruits of your choice as much as you want. You can store it in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
