For the Recipe
- Full cream milk – half litre
- Granulated Sugar – 1/3 Cups
- Almonds – 1/8 Cups
- Bournville dark Chocolate& Dairy Milk chocolate chopped – 40 g each (total 80 g)
Directions

Dry roast the almonds in a pan till they are brown on the outside. And chop up the almonds once cooled.

In a pan, pour in the full cream milk and bring to boil. Continuously stir this so that it does not stick to the pan. Cook until it becomes 1/3rd of the original quantity.

Next add the sugar and cook till the sugar melts.

Once the sugar completely melts, add the chopped dark chocolate cook and cook till it thickens.

Then add the chopped Almonds and stir for few seconds and turn off the heat. (Save a few almonds for garnish at the end) and pour the rabdi into a bowl and garnish it with more roasted almonds on top.
