- 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Soft dates
- 2 tbsp Dried Apricots
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Tutti frutti
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp Clove powder
- ½ tsp Green cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tsp Coffee powder
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- ¾ cup Refined Flour
- 3 nos Eggs
- 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds
- 2 tbsp Chopped cashew
- 1 packet Cadbury GemsBuy
- 1 tbsp Cadbury Cocoa PowderBuy
- 1 tbsp Orange Zest
- ⅞ cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
Directions

Combine Raisins, Dried Apricots, Soft dates, tutti frutti, dried cranberries, orange juice, water and brandy in a bowl and mix well. keep aside for 6-7 hours.

In another bowl, add walnuts, almonds, cashew, refined flour and mix well.

Combine refined flour, coffee powder, cardamom powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, orange zest, cadbury cocoa powder and mix well.

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla essence and mix well.

Now add soaked fruits to egg mixture and mix well.

Now add dry ingredients and mix well.

Add dry fruits mixture and mix well.

Transfer this batter in a lined baking tin, Sprinkle cadbury gems on top.

Bake at 180 degrees celcius. Cut and serve.
