Ingredients
1
serving
For the Recipe
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 6 tsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp sugar
- 8 tsp milk
- 2 tsp oil
- 10 pieces mini marshmallow
Directions

Take a microwave safe coffee mug or cup. Next, mix flour and Cadbury cocoa powder.

Add baking powder to the same mug.

For sweetness, add sugar or powdered jaggery. Mix with a spoon until just combined.

Add milk next. Make sure the milk is at room temperature.

Add oil to adjust the consistency of the batter.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the consistency is smooth and even. Microwave for 1 minute or until the centre of the cake is set.

Add marshmallows and cover the cake. Microwave for 10 seconds. Do not microwave for longer than that. Excess heat leads to a runny consistency of marshmallows.

Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows for that classic s’mores look. Grab a spoon and enjoy the cake straight from the mug.
To take it to another level, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some raspberries on top.
