Servings
For the Recipe
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp
- Ghee -1/2 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
- Pistachio (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
Directions

Heat a pan on medium flame and add a spoonful of ghee. Once melted, add the grated coconut and roast it for a few minutes until it turns slightly golden and releases a nutty aroma.

Add powdered sugar to the roasted coconut and stir continuously until the sugar melts and blends well into the mixture.

Reduce the flame to low and keep stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan or burning.

Sprinkle in the Cadbury Cocoa Powder and mix thoroughly to get a uniform chocolaty color and taste.

Once the mixture thickens and is well combined, add finely chopped pistachios for a delightful crunch and flavor.

Stir everything together until the mixture becomes cohesive and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. While it’s still warm but safe to handle, take small portions and roll them into round laddus using your palms.

Garnish each laddu with thin slices of pistachio for an elegant festive touch. Let them cool completely, then serve and enjoy!
