Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Flatten each slice of bread
Step 1

Use a rolling pin to gently flatten each slice of bread until it's evenly thin and pliable.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Melted butter for flavor
Step 2

Lightly brush the surface of the flattened bread with melted butter for flavor and crispiness.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Sprinkle ground cinnamon
Step 3

Sprinkle ground cinnamon evenly over the buttered side to add a warm, spiced flavor.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Carefully roll
Step 4

Carefully roll the bread up tightly from one end to form a neat spiral log.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Brush the outside
Step 5

Brush the outside of each roll with a little more melted butter and bake or air fry at 375°F for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Break Silk chocolate into pieces
Step 6

Break Silk chocolate into pieces and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

Chocolate Coated Bread Roll - Dip one end of each warm
Step 7

Dip one end of each warm roll into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.

Sprinkle finely chopped pistachios over the chocolate-coated end for a crunchy, colorful finish.
