For the Recipe
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 1 table spoon
- Ripe avocados - 2 medium
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut Milk - 1 cup (or as required)
- Tender coconut (chopped) - 1 tsp
- Mint leaves, avocado slices, strawberry slices for garnishing (optional)
Directions

Slice the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Add iin Cadbury Cocoa Powder.

Add honey & vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.

Now add coconut milk and blend to a smooth paste.

Transfer the velvety and thick mixture to a bowl and add chopped tender coconut pieces for some extra crunch.

Mix gently with a spatula.

Transfer the mousse into serving bowls garnish with some chopped avocado and tender coconut pieces and let it chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. Serve chilled.
You can garnish the mousse with choco nibs also.
