Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 4 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup curd
- 3 pieces banana
- 1 cup maida
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Directions

Take a bowl and add curd and sugar together.

Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves completely and blends well with the curd.

In another bowl, mash the bananas well using a fork or masher until smooth.

Add the mashed bananas to the curd-sugar mixture. Mix well to combine.

Gradually add all-purpose flour to the same bowl while stirring to avoid lumps.

Add Cadbury cocoa powder and mix until evenly incorporated.

Add cardamom powder. If you don’t have cardamom powder, you can use a few drops of cardamom essence instead.

Add baking powder and mix the batter thoroughly to ensure everything is well combined.

Pour the cake batter into cupcake molds. Decorate with a few banana slices on top and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. Let them cool before serving. Enjoy!
You can replace sugar with jaggery powder.
