For the Recipe
- 10 pieces choclairs chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp custard powder
Directions

Heat milk in a saucepan on medium heat. Once the milk starts boiling, add the vanilla essence and mix.

Then add unsalted butter and mix until the butter mixes properly.

Add powdered sugar; you can also add jaggery.

Now, in a small bowl, take ¼ cup milk and mix the custard powder. Mix until custard powder combines properly.

Then incorporate the custard mixture into the milk and whisk continuously.

Keep stirring for 5–10 minutes, or until the custard thickens enough to coat the bottom of a spoon.

Transfer the custard into a bowl and cover it. Allow it to cool before chilling.

Now, in a small bowl, add choclairs chocolates and microwave for 1 minute.

Mix the melted chocolate immediately.

Pour melted chocolate over chilled custard. Decorate and enjoy.
If you don't want to add custard powder, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl until the sugar dissolves, then pour it into the milk.
