For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup fresh yogurt
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberry
- 1 cup granola
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, saffron strands, and powdered sugar. Make sure the curd is fresh and smooth. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well blended.

Add chopped strawberries to the mixture. You can use either fresh or frozen strawberries depending on availability.

Give the mixture a final stir to ensure even distribution of the fruit. Your strawberry shrikhand is now ready. Set it aside.

Take a glass or dessert bowl of your choice. Fill one-fourth of the glass with a layer of granola.

Pour one-fourth of the glass with strawberry shrikhand over the granola. Then add another thin layer of granola on top.

Repeat the layering process two more times. Alternate between layers of granola and strawberry shrikhand to create a beautiful layered dessert.

Chop Cadbury Bournville chocolate into small pieces using a knife or grater.

Cover the top layer of shrikhand with the chopped chocolate pieces. Place the glass or bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill.

Decorate the top as desired, and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious strawberry shrikhand granola parfait!.
