For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 cup poha
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup cashew
Directions

Heat a heavy bottom pan and dry roast poha until they turn crunchy. Keep it aside. Let it cool completely.

Add ghee to a heavy bottom pan, fry peanuts until they turn slightly brown. Remove from the pan and let it cool.

Transfer the cooled poha and peanuts to a grinding jar. Add two cardamoms if you want.

Heat ghee and fry chopped cashews, poha powder and mix well.

Now mix Cadbury Bournville chocolate peices and cook until they are melted.

Take a small portion and press down with your fingers to form balls. Garnish and serve.
This laddu keeps good for 7 to 10 days at room temperature.
This is a completely sugar free version, if you want more sweetness, then add ¼ cup sugar before adding chocolate.
