Servings
For the Recipe
- 10 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 medium-sized bananas
- 9-10 pieces mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- For garnishing
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries (optional)
- 2 tsp granola (optional)
Directions

Place the bananas on a flat surface with the curve facing up. Using a paring knife, slit the length of the bananas. Gently pull the edges of the peel apart to create a pocket.

Cover the pocket with some peanut butter.

Stuff with chopped Bournville chocolate.

Now stuff your marshmallows into the slit. Don't be afraid to overstuff it a little, as they will shrink as they melt

Place it on parchment paper and air-fry at 190°C for 5-7 minutes. If you are using an oven, then wrap it loosely with foil paper and bake it at 200°C for 15 minutes. I bake it in the air fryer.

Garnish with some strawberries & granolas.

Eat it directly out of the peel with a spoon.
Never add crunchy toppings (graham crackers, pretzels, nuts, or cereal) before cooking. They will turn soggy in the steam. Sprinkle them immediately after you pull the banana away from the heat.
The banana peel turning jet black is completely normal and actually a sign that you’re doing it right & is perfectly baked.
